Can I form a ''game development group'' with people right here in the Unity Website?!

I want to gather some experienced Unity users and Start a game/app developing group as a hobby. And what better place to come to for people like that except for the Unity website?!?! I'm just wondering if I would be going against any regulations to look for people on this site and if it's okay to do so...does anyone want to join me in developing games and apps for multiple platforms?! I don't care where you live, we can still communicate and work on projects together through the amazing technology we have now!! I just want people who have at least enough experience to make something like a simple ''Slender'' game, or maybe something greater! I'm not fully experienced with this program as I am 16 years of age and find game developing a fun yet challenging hobby! Please let me know if anyone reading this is interested! I am planning on developing everything and anything from simple Slender games to Multiplayer action-packed FPS games!! I am looking forward to making this a commercial thing eventually, involving profits so we can all get paid for doing something fun!!
