Hello, I'm trying to make throw a grenade . Five or six steps away from me. But how do you make it go in an angle like in the picture?

I have no idea how this works and how I can attach it to my grenade. The scripting reference just gives me this.

public class example : $$anonymous$$onoBehaviour { void FixedUpdate() { rigidbody.AddForce(Vector3.up * 10); } }

Unity's built-in physics engine should solve this for you automatically. Ensure the GameObject for the grenade has a rigidbody, then call AddForce on this component in the direction you want to throw.
