Installation on an offline computer?

Question

Another help Q&A said that it can be done, but I thought that I should ask to make sure before I shell out the 1500$ for pro.

The computer I'm using for my game development hobby(possibly business later) doesn't have any internet or network access (done on purpose for various reasons) and I use flash drives to transfer data back and forth to this computer.

Also if I can install and use Unity on an offline computer do I have to keep validating the license at regular intervals like Game Maker?

Yes you can install on an offline computer - the relevant page of the documentation for Unity 4 is here: http://unity3d.com/unity/activation

I've no idea how I'd develop a game without internet access though! Google has become part of my neurons interconnectivity ;)

I work in a place where some of the machines are isolated from the internet and the only way to get in files is to copy to a flash drive, virus check it and then put on the storage machine. currently i can only download the unity 5 "download assistant" which is of no use to me. I am learning unity and i use the free version for now. where is the offline installer located? couldnt find it anywhere on the unity site.
