Question by Ravi M L · Jul 09, 2013 at 07:42 AM · ioslicensefileupload

Not able to Upload .ulf file in IOS license activation.

Hi All,

I am getting the problem while uploading license file for Manually Activating the License in IOS. The format of the file is Unity_v4-5.x.ulf.txt.

I even tried by removing .txt from the License file. Then also it doesn't allow me to upload the File for activation.

How to solve this problem ?

New to IOS.. In windows it use to work fine without any problem.

Please suggest me..

I am trying from hours...Save my day ....

try renaming the file to be:

Unity_v4.x.ulf

The .txt extension will certainly create problems. In your screenshot although your Unity_v4-5.x.ulf doesn't appear to have a .txt extension, the icon for it suggests that the Mac thinks it is a .txt file. If you go to Finder->Preferences->Advanced make sure the "Show all filename extensions" is ticked.
