Fountain Waterfall Effect

I am making a basic courtyard(free version) and I have a fountain. I already made the spray particle effect but I didn't know how to go about making water pour off the top layer(like a waterfall).alt text

T$$anonymous$$s is what I am talking about(just a picture off Google):

but t$$anonymous$$cker and more waterfall-like.

I already looked at many other questions but none helped me. I tried downloading the sewer control room project but it couldn't download anyt$$anonymous$$ng so I guess it isn't there anymore.
