Install Custom Package> Runtime Error

Install Custom Package> Runtime Error After downloading the Mecanim Character System, this runtime error happens. It closes Unity, and I can open the project, but I think some files might be missing. I have tried installing directly from the asset manager, also Install Custom Package, both give the runtime error.

even I am also need to know how import a custom package at runtime if anybody knows that please give me u r idea for us thank.
