empty scene cost 1% cpu [standalone on 64bit system]

Hi my dedicate server cost 1% minimum,to find out why I create a empty scene,even without a camera,and run it,the answer is empty scene will cost 1%.

So my question is how do I reduce cpu usage to 0 when the process is idle

ps: I have tried set target frame rate to 10

Pretty much you can't I'd imagine - lots of things are probably happening behind the scenes - just be happy you have 99% of the cpu for your game...

Turn off every app on your computer and you won't get to 0% cpu, background stuff happens. Not to sound flippant but I bet you have bigger fish to fry

Turn off your computer, that will get you 0% cpu usage.

Have you tried dropping a load of cubes into the scene and checking out the increase?
