Unity3D and MacBook Air 2013

I’m going to buy MacBook Air 2013 with RAM 4G (because my budget is limited).I’m worrying about that is enough for making an indie game such as Spelunky , Mark of the Ninja or a game that graphics like final fantasy 7 original version? Thank you so much.

well I currently run unity on a macboor pro retina 13" , which does a great job.

But I also have an 2011 (early 2012) Mac Mini with i5 and intel HD 3000, had it running on 2, 5 and now 8 gb ram and I need to say it manages unity very well, but I am mostly developing for mobile devices. I had some problems when the scene in editor became to big as the HD 3000 made unity crash. But except that I think that the macbook air would be something you could work with.

You didn’t write which Macbook Air you wanted to get so there is a small performance between the 11" and the 13". If your budget is limited then you might want to consider the refurbished products at apple as you can get great deals on those

I hope that kind of helped.
