Unable to connect Unity Remote to Unity and Test

I am using the PC version of Unity and I have tried the following:

1) Turning off firewall. 2) Entering IP Address to router, pressed play on Unity, but there's a white screen saying "Waiting for game view, Press 'Play'" 3) The game works on my friends PC as well as his MacBookPro. 4) All software is up to date. 5) Installed latest Bonjour

My friend has the game running on his Unity remote and it connected to his PC and his MacbookPro. My iphone 4 connected to his macbookpro and was able to play test off his laptop.

So the Issue looks like its my PC / router. I am wondering if anyone has run into this issue.
