Flashlight annoying bug.

Question

I have a spotlight it's really buggy at some parts. Here is an example http://tinypic.com/player.php?v=2dm84lc&s=5 Can any of you help?

The pixel Light count have to be increased in the quality settings if your using forward rendering. that could be the issue.

has to be above 5 or more.
