Which script should I use if I want my character to move to the Z direction automatically when I play, being able to change the speed??

Which script should I use if I want my character to move to the Z direction automatically when I play, being able to change the speed??

Also how can I configure the script so that when it goes forward, the player must use the animation "Run", and when he jumps the animation "Jump" but when the animation "Jump" is in Use, animation "Run" must stop until they touch the ground. Help me PLZ ! :O

It's Possible ??
