Noob mistake need help

Hi I'm very new to Unity and the game developing world. I was doing fine but I pressed a wrong key somewhere because now in the editor mode I can only move around a certain object. I can't pan around the stage and I can't see beyond the object i'm focused on. I'm sure it's something simple buti can't figure out what I did or what I pressed! If someone could help me that would be awesome!!

You probably accidentally switched to the isometric view. Click the "Iso" text to go back to Perspective. alt text
