Mecanim Capsule Collider Issue

I've been having an issue all day with Mecanim and I just can't solve the issue. The issue is that I have set up my collider right in the editor as so:

The collider is all set right, but when I press play this happens:

The model jumps up from the collider, and the collider center is still at [0, 0, 0] like it should be. It stopped doing it when I shut off the Animator Component though.

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks in advance.

Is the collider set up as a component on the model or it is a child object?

It's a component on the model.

Any chance you could post a project file. I've tried a dozen of my character models and can't seem to replicate the behavior.

I just moved the collider center up to the players head and that fixed it, because now when it jumped up the collider center would be in the right spot. I know, it's kinda hard to explain...

Thanks for trying to help!
