"what concept is used"... well, the concept is a game in w$$anonymous$$ch you drill for oil.... (?!)

"using Camera view port on top of GUI how?".... render the GUI with one camera, then render the game view with a second Camera with $$anonymous$$gher depth value. http://docs.unity3d.com/Documentation/Components/class-Camera.html

"camera was integrated with gui" - sorry but I can't see what you're talking about - the only thing I see on that site is some semi-transparent GUI on top of a game background.

But, what you're describing could be easily achieved by rendering a game camera to a RenderTexture and then incorporating that texture into the GUI.
