Improved Terrain Shaders?

Hey guys, I was wondering if I could use a shader I wrote on a terrain? Is this even possible? Cheers!

You need to name it the same as an inbuilt terrain shader. http://forum.unity3d.com/threads/59299-Replacing-Terrain-Shader

Hmm...I added the first line and called my terrain "Realtime-FirstPass" but I still only get normal map and diffuse as an option when trying to brush the terrain. Any ideas why? Thanks for your answer!
