How do i add a Font

From my Font Folder in my computers Control Panel to Unity to use for GUI Text

Find the TTF or OTF file for the font, and drag it into Unity's Asset folder.

the Assets in my Project folder or are we talking the unity folder somewhere on the Hard Drive?
