is this a shadow bug (unity 4.2 android)

Question

is this a bug or am i doing something wrong ? i tried clean scenes. i am running free unity3d 4.2 latest version on windows 7 64 and i have this weird alt text problem

Try to add some textures to the objects, also this happens while playing with Bias option of light source as I know...

textures doesnt do anything. also i didnt play witht he bias its a fresh light source. edit: it seems when i raise the bias it goes away.
