why the targetFrameRate can effect the physical ??

i found that if i don't set the targetFrameRate ,the iOS device is 30fps,and the most strength thing is that the rigid body has a slow behavior,why??? The code that control the rigid body is written in the fixedUpdate ,it should not be effect by the update time ... why?>?? thanks very much

i print the the framerate on screen and the only difference between editor and iOS device is that and the rigid body behaviors different ,the object jump higher and slower than in the editor... it's the problem , i can't make what i adjust work on iOS corrently
