Alpha shader messes up drawing order?

When using the default Transparent > Diffuse material shader on objects, I find that my objects often draw in a different, very incorrect order. For example, this is what my game looks like from one angle:

But rotating it slightly yields this:

As you can see, especially on the bluish tile in the top right, tiles draw in front of each other sometimes, and behind each other other times. This is very distracting. Is there a different shader I can use to achieve partial transparency of an object, without this weird behavior? That is to say, I want the whole object to be partially transparent.
