Unity 4.3.1 + Cinema 4D R15 Model Conversion Install

After upgrading from Unity 4.3 to 4.3.1 and from OS X 10.8 to 10.9 the model conversion between Unity and Cinema 4D still works but the prompt to quit cinema and enter password as "Unity wants to make changes..." happens every time I save changes on a model in Cinema 4D. Can it be some security setting/folder access restriction in Mavericks? Where do the conversion plugin need access every time?

I'm struggling with the same problem, so far the closest I've come to a solution is that I'm not sure there even is an R15 plugin. The folder in Unity includes plugins from 9 to 13.
