Error Installation 2

During installation of Unity 3.3.0F4 it gives error writing to file LIBMONO.SO. Please help

Can you give a fuller description of the error? Are there any other messages or buttons/options on the error window. What are your system specs?

libmono is actually the library mono... Do you use the mono dev? $$anonymous$$aybe try running instller as ad$$anonymous$$? If you don't use the mono dev, try to uncheck that box when installing it... See if that works.
