Problem with Animator.Play()

If you call Animator.Play() at the same time when the same animation ends, the animation is not played on the bones (although inspector of the animator controller seen that State is played). It can fixed by toggling "Loop time" in animation importer container but this solution does not satisfy me. Is there any way to force play animation?
