Monodevelop doesnt pick up Javascript

Question

I'm trying to control javascript image effects via c# which i have done before on an earlier version of unity / mono develop, but now monodevelop doesnt even pick up on the java even though it is ran on first pass before all my c# scripts are loaded.

I've tried reinstalling a few times and other things, but I cannot get it to pick it up atall.
