How do I fix my lightmap problem?

Lightmap cames out blotchy and uneven and weird and i have no idea why. alt text

Go to Lightmapping -> Maps and uncheck "Compressed"

I tried uncompressing it, it didnt help

Find lightmaps in your Assets-folder and check their values as well (max size, format etc). Also make sure that the values are not overwritten by platform settings in the same inspector view.

Try almost eliminating the AO completely, is that better? Usually helps me!
