Will we keep our reputation and badges in the new software?

Question

I've never heard of QATO and I don't have the opportunity to Google it at the moment. Will we be able to keep our hard-earned reputation and badges through the software change?

I looked at the staging examples (links are somewhere), looks like they kept that stuff.
