What are those black lines???

Question

When I use a directional light and I set either hard or soft shadows I get theses black lines around a five meter radius for my character controller. When I play the game they also follow my character. How do I get rid of them?

The question is a bit vague but maybe I know the solution. Go to the directional light and set de "bias" a little bit $$anonymous$$gher
