Internal Compiler Error

Hello all. Currently I'm stuck with an internal compiler error. I'm using tk2d toolkit as the only add-on/asset I've purchased. Apparently "the type or namespace" for multiple tk2d sprite script/classes could not be found. I haven't messed with any of these files.

I've been using tk2d toolkit on and off for probably over a year now. There has been a couple of unity updates I've gone through. Updating unity would get rid of previous compiler errors I've had encountered(currently using Unity version 4.3.2f1).

My project that I work on is in a dropbox so i can work on it between my desktop and laptop. Again, but my unity versions are updated to 4.3.2f1.

Do I need to do something special? Do i need to reinstall tk2d? And if so, could you instruct me on how to do so? Thanks in advanced
