Retrieve eye space depth from depth buffer

How can I recover correct (camera/eye space) linear depth from depth buffer?

I've tried

 DECODE_EYEDEPTH(Linear01Depth(tex2D (_CameraDepthTexture, i.uv).r)));
 DECODE_EYEDEPTH(tex2D (_CameraDepthTexture, i.uv).r);
 tex2D (_CameraDepthTexture, i.uv);

I need it to reconstruct world pos (by unprojecting) of points in post process (inputting matrix manually from code)...

Btw, is there any documentation about all the methods like Linear01Depth, etc.? Or should I do it manually by supplying all the near/far info of the came into shader?

I'm on D11, PC.
