Collision with animations

Hi,

is it ok to use colliders on an animated object, will the collision still work good? The animation is pulling an object up and down, because I didn't want to get into Mathf.sin for that.

Thanks for any help

the good work of using animation and collider will depend what are you going to animate. example: if you want to animate a person doing some movements I think it would be better to put primitive colliders in the body, but if you are only animating lets say a cube moving a place to other like yours its ok to use a collider in the object and put an animation

So I can animate jumping coins in Blender and the collision on them will still work? I heard it's better to move things with scripts but i don't understand $$anonymous$$athf.sin and the docs aren't helpful. Thanks!
