How to connect scenes using C# coding?

Hi! I am working on a game that is working on a system where a player needs to collect other objects to win. So, I have already used an OnTriggerEnter function to be able to pick up and deactivate the objects I collect, and the problem is that I can't call the same function twice (because Unity won't let me and I think it's stupid). If I can't call the OnTriggerEnter function again, how am I supposed to make another object a trigger for using the Application.LoadLevel or in other words to be the object that would interact with the player and on contact would change the level?

Could you provide some code? OnTriggerEnter is called every time there is a collision with the trigger.

public class PlayerController : $$anonymous$$onoBehaviour { public float speed; public GUIText countText; public GUIText winText; private int count;

 void Start ()
 {
     count = 0;
     SetCountText ();
     winText.text = "";
 }

  void FixedUpdate ()
 {
     float moveHorizontal = Input.GetAxis ("Horizontal");
     float moveVertical = Input.GetAxis ("Vertical");

     Vector3 movement = new Vector3 (moveHorizontal, 0.0f, moveVertical);

     rigidbody.AddForce (movement * speed * Time.deltaTime);
 }

         other.gameObject.SetActive(false);

 void SetCountText ()

     countText.text = "Count: " + count.ToString();
     if (count >= 12)

 }

 void OnTriggerEnter (Collider other)
 {

                     other.gameObject.CompareTag ("Player");
                     Application.LoadLevel ("Scene2");
             }
 }
