Unity 4 Pro Underwater Effects On Y Axis Level

Hi Guys, I recently activated the 30-day free trial of Unity 3D and I am working to put a simple topical island together in that time. I have a fairly good island with decent trees but when the player enters the water it seems like he is just under an animated surface. I have tried the Unify Wiki Underwater.js and the C# script however they both mess with my skybox, turning the same blue color as the fog that activates when I go underneath the water at Y level 8.

I have tried the Island Demo "Underwater Effects" JavaScript, yet this fails to work as well, do to out of date syntax errors. Is there anyone who would not mind helping me revise a script in either C# or JavaScript that can turn on a blue-ish fog after the player goes beneath the y level 8? I have watched this video, however his script is not working with mine, and every-time I use his updated edition, it crashes my Unity.

Thanks in advance, and please help, Whutchison
