Hi.First of stop saying that you are a one man team .There are several other People who create good games without any teamate.

At first even i felt difficult. But you will get used to it. More Over One Man Team Gives you more C*ontrol over the developement* .That is you can edit the model any time you want(My be noon or mid night ) you can create any model you want without spending hours together to explain an artist to create the weapon you would like it to look like.

And yeah if you feel animating a bit difficult. Then here is what you could do

Grab a video of animted First persion Weapon(You can find plenty of them in Youtube) and then place the video in Blender on a plane(Dont konw if it works cause all i know is about 3ds max)

OR

you open the movie in Move Editor and then just play it frame by frame and Match the position of the weapon with it.Even though it seems a lot work .Trust me It will help you a lot.

you will be lucky if you will find one kind of animation for free. so don't expect to get all these weapons for cheap or free.

any way, here some free guns model: http://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/weapon-military?free=1&page=2≺ice%5Bfrom%5D=0≺ice%5Bto%5D=0&routed=true
