How To creat Sky effect in Scene?

First create a new material and choose a SkyBox material - RenderFX>Skybox perhaps. Fill in the textures for the skybox. Or you could choose a material from a standard Skybox asset.

Next go to the render settings for the scene Edit > Render Settings and select the material as the skybox material.
