Mirroring terrain brush strokes

Question

It's quite simple: I want for my strokes to appear in both ends of the terrain, so that I can work on just half of it and the other half will be done too. Some people may know it as the symmetry tool.

There isn't a stock one.

Can it be made somehow? I'm not using the stock brushes to begin with. I wasn't exactly looking for another brushes, for an option/script to make it mirror the strokes.

Somehow, sure. Since it doesn't sound lke you have a specific technical question rather you have a general design idea and want something written, you might want to post this in the Forums.
