[Android] Server verification

Hello!

Has anybody ever implemented server-side billing verification for Android games, published in Google Play market? I'm using In App Billing Plugin by prime[31]. For each successfull purchase it retuns orderId, signature and developerPayload. What I am supposed to do with this data on the server? Are there any examples of architecture of verification servers (preferable in .NET 4.5)? The main goal is to protect purchases against Freedom and similar malware tampering with web requests.
