hello to all, my question is a little strange, I've come up with an app that you can carry charge, but it is a simple utility , with simple layout where I can scroll up and down, and shows data taken from a database ... it is possible with Unity? or are forced to learn how to use Eclipse?

Yes it's possible to do that. Please search UA/Google for examples on each of your ideas, research the doc/tuts/vids, try to implement parts and if you have a specific problem, post again.
