For Windows 7, the files are stored at :

 C:\Users\[USERNA$$anonymous$$E]\AppData\Roaming\Unity\Asset Store

Thanks for directing me here alucardj and sorry for the slow reply. I'm using OSX though and I was unable to get similar results. I've gone to Users>NA$$anonymous$$E>Library>Unity>Asset Store but when I remove an asset, all it does is remove the 'import' button from the Download $$anonymous$$anager. I'd like the item to be completely removed from the D$$anonymous$$.

Any thoughts or suggestions that anyone has would be appreciated! Thank you!

@plink Removing it from the download manager is akin to removing it from your account altogether, I'm not sure if that's even possible. The download manager will always show all packages you have purchased or acquired for free through the Asset Store. If you deleted the asset from your machine, you now have that bit of space free which is why the D$$anonymous$$ says download ins$$anonymous$$d of import.

Depending on OS it may vary, here are all the locations if anyone stumbles here in the future

Windows 7, 8 : C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Unity\Asset Store

Windows XP : C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\Unity\Asset Store

On OSX: : ~/Library/Unity/Asset\ Store/
