ShaderLab: Init a property from a builtin value?

Okay, new shader lab question.

I have a property _Clip that is defined like this currently:

 _Clip ("Clip",Vector) = (-50000,-5000,10000,10000)

I would like to define the defaults based on _ScreenParams like this:

 _Clip ("Clip",Vector) = (-_ScreenParams.x/2,-ScreenParams.y/2,
                                    _ScreenParams.x/2,_ScreenParams.y/2)

However it appears that ShaderLab doesn't like anything other then numbers for defaults. Is there some way to change this? Some init code block or something that could do it for me?
