Problems between different PCs

Greetings...my friend has downloaded the trial version of Unity and so did I,but sadly his PC opens up the program differently.

By that i meant that on my pc it shows up the TABS : File,Edit,Assets, Game Object etc, but on his PC they arent showing up...

How do i disable/enable those Tabs? Please help

Looks like Borderless Window. What happens if you press ALT?
