I get an error CS8025: Parsing error at the very last line, i tryed every thing, deleted the line (64) the error moves up to the other line (63). Anybody can help me with this error ?

A parsing error on the last line almost always means you are missing a closing curly bracket. In your case its a whole bunch of them. You've got multiple else clauses that need closing curly brackets.

Add } to Line 38,44,50,56.

BoredMormon is correct. Adhering to a sane bracket scheme will help avoid these issues. I recommend something like this:

     if (x < 0) {
         puts("Negative");
         negative(x);
     } else {
         puts("Non-negative");
         nonnegative(x);
     }
