How to build a file for android use?

When going through all of the build settings to build my game for use on an android phone I keep getting the same error:

Error building Player: Win32Exception: ApplicationName='C:/Program Files (x86)/Android/android-sdk\tools\zipalign.exe', CommandLine='4 "C:\Users\Desktop\Unity Projects\My Game\Temp/StagingArea/Package_unaligned.apk" "C:\Users\Desktop\Unity Projects\My Game\Temp/StagingArea/Package.apk"', CurrentDirectory='Temp/StagingArea'

I have downloaded a JDK and SDK and as far as I am aware they are set up correctly.

If anybody knows the solution to this problem I would be ever so happy!

This is an issue with the latest Android SDK (level 23).

One tool (zipalign) was moved from the Tools folder, making the Unity build fail (it assumes it's still in the older location).

I have reported this bug to Unity, here is their response:

I managed to reproduce this issue and will notify the developers about this. In the mean time use 22.x android tools for your builds.

he fix will be available in the next patch and minor release. Feel free to use the workaround provided (use 22.x tools) or copy zipalign from build-tools to tools directory in the meanwhile.

Just copy alignzip.exe from build-tools to tools folder. Like described here
