Seems odd. If I create a new GUIText and type "안녕하세요!" into the Inspector I get that text appear in the game window. Changing colour and font size has the expected result. (Am on Mac, and using 4.5.1p3.)

i tried with a new project and a new Guitext with no modification only the characters, also with your characters. Also building and running for web does not reproduce this issue(build works, unity editor running doesn't work) brilliant new bug of unity text parsing:-?. I run on windows 7 x64 with version 4.5.0f6
