Can't use Unity Remote 4 in Unity 4.5

Question

I'm trying to use Unity Remote 4 for quite a while, and I've followed all these steps: changing the platform in Unity, JDK, Android SDK (path is already in Unity), Android USB debugging, the Unity Remote new asset AND in the Play Store, but still I can't connect the PC to the Android phone and when I go to Project Settings > Editor, the name of the phone isn't there. I'm using 4.5.

First of all, you don't actually select your phone from the editor settings, you select "Any Android Device" and when you press play in Unity, it automatically finds your phone.
