unity monodevelop won't open on my computer

hi everyone unity monodevolope wont open on my computer. for more inderstanding i made a video to see what is my problem, because i can't describe it.

i have windows 7, unity version 4.3.4, and i have microsoft windows SDK for windows 7, Gtk# for .net 2.12.25

pease help me i'm realy inned to fix this problem.
