Hire a composer. Below are some composers who specialize in video games. You can also try posting a "Composer Wanted" request in the Unity Collaboration Forum.
Purchase stock audio. You can purchase royalty-free stock audio from the following sites:
Use free/CC stock audio.

I've dealt with Sound Rangers in the past for stock audio. They're reasonably priced, have a no-nonsense license, and a good selection of sounds.

There is also t$$anonymous$$s Audio Search engine I use called "Find Sounds"... its good when you are looking for somet$$anonymous$$ng specific....
