Screen Flickering on Window 8 tablet !

Hi All

We are facing a one big issue.I am trying to port game from ios to window (phone and tablet).On windows phone build working fine but when we are porting for Window tablet (Using intel graphics card (Think pad)) it giving flickering some time on screen.

Please assist me why this issue can come and how we can solve it
