Mecanim Animation Plays wrong during gameplay

Hello,

I have a character that holds a bow and every animation works great except the "walking" one and only during game play it is different. When I test animation in the inspector and play it the character walks properly with the bow, when in game the character tries to walk with the bow but the bow gets offset a lot from the player so its simply floating around in the air, I have no idea how this is possible as I just re-did all the generic animations from scratch.

Rig setup is Generic,

I have not changed any settings besides make it Loop Time and Loop Pose, i dont understand as the Running version works fine during game play !

EDIT: WOW so at first when I insert the animation into the animator the animation looks great! When I change the "Condition from Exit time to Speed greater than 0.1 - or any other condition the bow gets a huge offset !!! WHY is this happening ?! " Thank you so much for the help!
