missing head bone when importing from iclone/3dxchange to unity?

Hi, so I'm using 3dxchange and iclone to animate some 3d models I made. In those programs, it looks perfectly fine. This is the bone structure I'm using in 3dxchange/iclone

but here is the problem: when I export it as an fbx file and then import it to unity and change the Rig to "humanoid" and I click to "configure" my rig, the bone of the head and the bones of both feet dissapear!

anybody has any idea why that may be? Thanks in advance!
