Create area between diferent mesh colliders

Hello, I'm testing a proyect with "splines" which makes a road between two or more nodes.

In the example: http://i.imgur.com/RwVyiNj.jpg

I selected a road that has a Mesh Collider.

My question is, Can I use all the diferents mesh collider to create an area inside the roads? Area, gameobject, cube... whatever.

Unity Forums might be a better place to posts this question. Or even StackOverflow or a game design forum given there is nothing Unity-specific about the problem. And when you need to be a whole lot more detailed about the nature of your splines and the criteria for your solution. For example, finding arbitrary rectangles with arbitrary rotation given arbitrary splines is a difficult technical problem. Find an axes aligned rectangle using axes aligned splines and a starting point (within the rectangle) is a relatively easy problem.

How accurate the solution needs to be and how computationally expensive you are willing to shoulder also plays a role.
