Beast Lightmapping Issue.

Hey all,
I’m trying to render my scene out to around 10 lightmaps. But Beast is making a 1024x1024 map for every single object resulting in over 100 lightmaps. If I try to bake multiple selected it creates a 1024x1024 for each object and over 100 black empty maps.

What is going on here, I’ve used beast a thousand times and have never seen this before. Anyone know whats going on?

Your objects’ scale on the light map is probably set to 1 in the lightmap panel. That makes them huge.
Usually i’m find with 0.1 for the object scale on the object’s ratio on the lightmap.
When you open the light map panel, choose to show the lightmap resolution on the editor window and select your object that you’ll lightmap. Then change it’s scale while looking at the checkerboard pattern in the editor and tweak till you are happy.
